Who We Are
Varsity Bound Rowing is a boutique coaching and collegiate recruitment service for ambitious high school rowers pursuing varsity opportunities and scholarships.
Every athlete works directly with founder and Coach Zak Lewis, receiving personalized support, expert guidance, and a clear plan tailored to their goals. Unlike large coaching platforms, we work with a select number of athletes to provide a truly individualized experience.
Our approach combines four key pillars — training, nutrition, mental performance, and recruitment strategy — to help athletes maximize their potential and position themselves for success at the collegiate level.
